I have owned my Genie V2 for almost three years and feel that to be fair to the company and its team of engineers, I should record my appreciation of their design expertise and their enthusiasm to maintain the chair in tip top condition.
Although I use it almost daily outside the home - in shopping centres, while visiting stately homes and on my many hospital appointments, it has not once broken down, nor needed emergency repairs.
Once, when I thought there was a problem, engineers arrived within minutes and quickly showed me that I was wrongly allowing something to press on the joy stick.
After the sales engineer measured me for the chair and we decided on the features we required, the price was a considerable amount of money, but, in line with the old saying:
"The price has been forgotten, while the quality has been remembered."
